You have the necessary experience in negotiations & agreements within the mining Industry to be taken seriously.
The case you have presented and put forward would seem sound and anyone would be foolish to not consider it serious.
Yes the low volumes and dropping SP of Venus today could possibly say it all as far as how successful they may be.
If a potential fundie backs out of negotiations with SPX now then damages against VMC could be significant to say the least.
