I actually like the fact that they have identified improvements that they can make to the plant and also mentioned that sorter we heard so much about. This what a proper mining company does and it appears they will spend a dollar to make a dollar, so looking up.
My major concern is how to fund these improvements. There usual style of funding via a CN isn't going to cut the mustard. I would rather a standard loan with say a 12 to 15 % interest rate with interest payments every 6 months, so that they know what they are up for than a CN. Who knows maybe a lender can give them even better rates .Also a credit raise at 0.02 will cause substantial dilution and may struggle to get up with current sentiment rather low.
That 80,000 is a big bill for an excavator. Have they checked out prices of a new one or of hiring long term? And are they going to have more trucks on site than one?
