its interesting watching the live course of sales,to pull the vwap they sell larger quantities and buy very few,i always assume the dominant volume is bs under these conditions,the mechanics are interesting you would have to strip all the 3 digit and less sales,and probably the sales over 20k units to arrive at anything that resembled the true weighted average price.
anything up to 75% of course of sales on some stocks are just bs,probably around 50% of fmg are at present
