I think Shougang and apac resources will play palmers game.They have between them around 49 million shares which at todays price of $1.35 and the $2.20 offer would nett them around $41,650,000 profit plus they have 28 million options with an exercise price of $1.50 which would nett them another $19,600,000 profit giving them a total windfall profit of $61,250,000 on listing RDI on there own stock exchange in Hong Kong.
