As for posters like angelstarlight, yes I spend a hell of a lot of time, maybe too much researching cannabis related companies worldwide, so for that reason you shouldnt listen to my take? Anyway you and others who want to keep their head in the sand and dont want to hear anything negative about the company, you are free to live in an echo chamber of how great the company is. There is a ignore feature, put me on ignore and Im out of your life, plain and simple. Even though I am a trader to make money, I am invested in this company, I would dare say I own more than most in here criticizing my take on the deal, my ownership is why I care and spend the time, Im pretty much invested in every company in the cannabis space on the ASX, and keep core positions and trade around them, so not just a trader when it comes to Cannabis. Overall I am a believer that long term cannabis is going to be a game changer in many ways, going to be some companies that dont make it and some that make it huge, like in the tech boom, its a fun and interesting space to navigate through.

I do also think I have to be missing something because from my perspective its a mindboggling bad deal, so perhaps when the details come out we will get more understanding and clarification of the benefits for ZLD. As for the moment the market clearly does not like the deal, and more in line with my thinking, even last night in US trading ZLD was down another 11.72%. (0.046 USD −0.0061 (11.72%)) Since this deal was announced share price in US has dropped 38%.
