From my reading, it seems since Constellations taken over Canopy, they're headed towards a full recreational diverse business model - makes sense as they're a beverage company.

Elaine Darby told Stockheads in an interview they always wanted to be bought out by a larger pharmaceutical player and has no intentions since inception of being bought out by Canopy.

Despite no investment, they can still utilise each others expertise, as board members are from or previously were from Canopy.

AusCann = medicinal
Canopy = recreational

Don't think there is conflict between the two seeing as our recent Miller is from spectrum helping out with clinical trials when they start
