Ok so these are your own numbers:

i.e. started Qtr 3 with ballpark $4.4m cash
Your own projections suggest cash at the end of Q3 may be ballpark $2.4m-$2.6m.
My friend, I’m sure you can see that’s a cash burn of around $2m for Q3, and if SP3 start Q4 with your projected $2.5m and a similar ($2m) spend... SP3 will likely require a CR fairly promptly.
Likely early Q4 unless they want to take a significant risk and wait to see what happens during Q4.
