I have seen on this forum and the ZLD one that there seems to be a bit of confusion about Merchant Group and who owns it. To answer and set the record straight - I own Merchant Group and Harry Karelis (whilst a friend of mine and someone I trust to do transactions with) does not and never has owned any part of Merchant Group Pty Ltd. It is 100% owned by myself and staff. Please feel free to call me on the number below should you want to discuss further.

In terms of our acquisition in AC8, we are long term shareholders with an average hold period for our larger investments, of plus 3 years.
