The company financial earnings have gone backwards in the past 12 months in nearly every aspect. it has preformed worse than the S&P 500 in the past year. price estimate for the next 12 months is a long way down from where it is now. dividends are roughly half % difference. Daily volume is prime for manipulating. I'm just glancing at company but personally I wouldn't even bother researching it any further. You choose that as your pick over DDR?
