That's right, it would be fraudulent to bill any other company's expenses to LNY and/or vice versa.
I wouldn't put it passed them to "cook the books", Dugsy, but find it hard to believe that the BoD would make such a claim.
SB is only a non- Exec of STX and only one of many.
