    Sounds ominous:

    "Commander Communications Limited (ASX: CDR) requests that a trading halt be placed on its securities pending an announcement by the company regarding its financial position.

    "The halt is requested until the release of the announcement or, in any, event no later than the commencement of trading on 8 August 2008.

    "The company is not aware of any reasons why the trading halt should not be granted."
