I dont think ANZ would have been that silly ... I'm sure they are already reeling from the possibilty of a class action on them .. last thing they'd want to do is piss off the innocent victims of Opes Prime.. I dare say a settlement will be reached in the mid term. We'll see.

In any case, I'm quite positive SLA have had a close eye on how ANZ dumped their shares... and who it went to. The SLA story is not short on supporters and believers.. and with SLA so close to making the big time.. I think it is reasonable to assume they were able to find some 'friendlies' to help out.

But fair comment.. and that is a risk.. but I have faith in the management and the last thing they would want is to lose control of SLA at such a crucial time.. hence i believe they made damn sure the shares went into safe hands
