How about the piece of proof from the company themselves released through the ASX. You know the official document outlining the merger? That proof enough to support you?

Currently ZLD has 758 million shares issued, as per the the merger, see cut from official proposal below. there will be a total of 838.8 million shares issued for total consideration of this deal.

After the deal transpires ZLD will have a massive float of 1.596 billion shares, thats right billion

758 million (47.5%) +
838.8 million (52.5%)=
1596.8 million

So in a way you could be right, we are not getting diluted by 50%, its more, 52.5%. And currently we shareholders dont even collectively own half this company, more than half is been given to illera team.
