So , Whats going on with all the sell downs..... is it possible for CDS to be making announcements on a daily basis to keep all the Die Hards Happy ! , I don't think so .... wake up guys . Nothing has changed as far as CDS goes , as its been said here many times , the Resource is still in the ground . Its only been a few weeks with the New guys at the Helm , Everybody expects Miracles to happen at a Drop of a Hat... Unfortunately that's not the way it works .
Its easy for us all to sit at the screen and type a few words and Bag the Directors for having long lunches and going off on site seeing tours , I for one would not have their Job at all. All good things take time , this is NOT a CDS problem currently , this is a world renowned market down turn .... All starting from the "all mighty U.S of America" . Where everything has to be BIG , well now they have their BIG down turn Of Economic proportions ... the SAD part is , its effecting the rest of us around the world , WHY ? The Greed of the Big Banks ,Throwing money to people that couldn't afford the loans .
Offering loans of 90% then 100% then again 110-120% of the Property Value..... COME ON !
It Was only a matter of time that this was going to back fire on the Economies ,then throw in the Iraqi War and you have a total blow out of Disastrous proportions , and I'll leave it there.
CDS is a cheap proposition at current prices , I Have been topping up along the way but NO point in selling off at silly prices , Only makes it easier for the Down Rampers to collect some at your losing expense.
