Have read and absorbed the announcement a bit more....
    • The agreement is expected to generate in excess of $5m for MedAdvisor in revenue over its term.
Every deal would be different and no customer would want their agreement dissected and made public, so in excess of $5M is probably aligned to the standard per pharmacy monthly charge (which is now $100+ as they did raise this fee last year I believe).

There may also be a limit with the number of Health Programs Chemist Warehouse can run under this deal, so this also probably aligns with the generic fee charged to other pharmacies. If CW want more Health Programs, then they need to top up the agreement.

With 1.2M subscribers currently, I predict 2M by Q1 2020 which would cover new AU customers through CW and the international customers from Philippines (MedExpress), Malaysia (Klinify), US (Adheris) and UK (Day Lewis).

In time the share price will take care of itself.
