Hi BPB, I thought that was the idea of EV/EBITDA!
The issues I have with using EV for these smaller caps is the Cash on hand (and sometimes debt levels) relative to the market cap tends to be high therefore can vary significantly. If they can keep kicking goals and increase revenues to the 50M level and order book in the region of $80M (all quite realistic in the coming year) then this should be valued closer to $45M.
