IMHO because of the new Chinese partner there is no way of guessing what the numbers that can or will be generated by this now totally reconfigured enterprise , it could be a real goier or a complete dud, TWT but in the meanwhile its anyones guess, charts are in totally unchartered water but punters are happy to get on board at ever higher priced, luck to all !
