Ann: Update on suspension of securities, page-23

securities will remain in suspension pending the release of price-sensitive announcementsand the completion of the ASX’s ongoing inquiries in relation to the Company’s half-year reportwishes to advise that its for the period ended 30 June 2019.

I know everyone here has read this rather simple Press release.

So my interpretation is as follows:

1. It is my understanding that the ASX has a protocol where Company’s wishing to release NEWS to the public, must first submit the release to the ASX for approval! (So thIs release has been blessed, just at the Stryker deal closing and the MotoGP licensing and Cash Raise NEWS)
Basically, the ASX has given the Company permission to announce that there are “price-sensitive” announcements in the works.
I am hopeful we get one more fat release for additional investor/partner type of NEWS regarding the SANDBOX BC franchise.


2. The Company also will remain in Halt pending the COMPLETION of the ongoing inquiries into 2019 2nd half report!

My opinion and what makes me personally feel pretty good about this ASX approved NEWS release, is that we may be getting tossed a bone that might hopefully signal that there could be a little light at the end of the Halt tunnel!
( A rather large accounting bill at the very least for the Company)

Just pure speculation here and not sure the legalities involved , but wouldn’t or couldn’t it seem highly unlikely that “price-sensitive” announcements (which usually indicate additional purchases, agreements, partnerships, etc ) are in the works with other entities, potential sophisticated investors and these potential new deals would have to have full disclosure of any and all pertinent issues that could affect the Company?

Anything is possible, but I am leaning towards a positive resolution!

Everything written here is my personal opinion without any facts or knowledge to support my opinion and is just for discussion purposes with other board members!

Basically , wishful thinking as no one likes uncertainty including myself!
