Rocky, I know your position all to well, Hot water system sprung a leak on the coldest morning a few weeks ago, definitely unplanned expense. Can you look at any other part of your portfolio and maybe give a little trimming cross the board leaving CNP alone. I had to as I am in the "no mans land" for the next 21 days. The sweet side is the other shares I sold have since dropped further (resources). If things turned around in a big way and I have not bought back at least I will not be saying "I should have done..." It's spreading the load.
