approval supposedly nearly 12 months ago.
Enough is enough Mr Richards has been part
of FH Faulding / Mayne for nearly 20 yrs.
almost a Decade as CEO Mayne.
In that time the only beneficiaries are Board
Admin. Staff. Particularly senior
staff closely associated with Scott.
when CEO is rewarded with almost $3m
in a year where SH are burnt.
The culture is a Gravy Train.
It was not so long ago he had to sell 7m
+ shares for tax purposes.
it hasn’t taken him long to again increase his holdings.
it appears to me he is paying huge sums for
marketing rights to a few products to maintain
Revenue.
Bottom line may be a loss on some .
increasing staff numbers ( others reducing)
can create massive super and redundancy
impairments.
Company Admin and Marketing OH
are huge.
Myring and just released contraceptive
mare are again carrot to donkey.
Scott spends is a Mystery to me.
He seems to have Mr Corbett sold.
I truly believe the only way this Company
can go forward and Increase SP
is if CEO goes. If Chairman disagrees he
should go too.

The other way is Bottom line Profit.
