clearly the problem is not in the new value to be created it's the perception that this deal is engineered to bipass investors through dilution first.

if zeleria rerates 5x then we have no problem

if zeleria only doubles in value which in itself is indeed significant- this wont pay shareholders enough.

when you have investors who have bought into zelda years ago and after many delays banked on a pretty clear outcome for end of 2019 - this deal extends that investment horizon again and adds an element of risk

.I agree gambler clarity around the value this deal will create could be communicated better so it appears as the no brainer management percieve it to be

those that cant are freaking out about the impending loss of half their investments value and in turn freaking out every body els.

managenent need to do what it takes to ensure the loudest voice is theirs or els the share price will be at the mercy of uninformed hysteria
