However I don't really understand: "Mogul to retain 40% of revenue from monthly subscribers, memberships and user acquisition"

Is the 40/60 split only applicable for Tier One events? If so that's fine. But a 40/60 split on subscribers and memberships is more confusing, you would think that we'd want a user to be a member of Mogul overall, not a sub-set of Mogul or something seperate from Mogul in Tier One. I think we'd want to avoid some chopped up user base paying different rates and who may not be able to interact?
