Only last week I was getting hassle for even daring to say we would get in the 2's.1 week later and we are getting closer by the day.We could have some capitulation here, any day.1 big seller could set off a panic of mass proportion.That will be the time to buy.Although still a massive gamble as to whether they can survive these tough times i.m.o..
You have to love the possibilities here, very exciting.You wouldn't want your house on the outcome.
