Morning all, just wanted to bring notice to the sub notice from Deutsche Bank that was out yesterday.
The net change has been an addition of 77240 shares in the holding, but as there has been dilution from the placements their overall percentage has dropped.
Thats not that interesting to me, but on page 3 of the announcement you see a transaction history. Shows you how they went about increasing their holding by a mere 77000 shares, it took 34 transactions to complete and approx 1.4m shares turned over.
Nothing wrong with this but it gives you a good example of how large firms work. When you consider the GLG notice shows they have added 540,000 since their notice on 1st Aug, how much churn did they do to get their half million extra?
I like the current moves in the register, it appears to be tightening the list which in my opinion is a good thing.Just thought this was a good example for people to take note of.
But perhaps best of all - Deutsche called the commodity boom ending in the past week to much fanfare. Yet here they are still showing net increases in little old strike. Maybe we are going to branch into financial services? ;o)
