It looks like this stock is stuck between a rock and a hard place.
If we stick with the current board, expect more of the same. They seem to be out of ideas to move this thing forward. Also, they seem to lack the commercial strength in depth to develop the product. I have seen no clear business plan charting how they believe they can make this a success.

If Private Equity get a couple of board seats, the first thing they are likely to do is take this $11-12mm company private and sell off the IP for their own benefit. If that can be prevented, and absent a credible business plan from the current management, bring on the Private equity guys. At least that way I might get a pip or so more than I can get now.
