Sitting below 1.50 post Fujifilm exercising their option is poor. Cynata has not been properly promoted and that is why the share price is where it is. I believe that certain board members (not all) are not applying themselves adequately. Ok, there is certainly an argument that this is not an entirely accurate view, but it certain feels like it. Therefore, reasonable action is being taken here by shareholders to give all of us a facility to protect our interests. Nothing wrong with that.
