Would appear a fair price for a good business that significantly expands geographical and funding type reach. Not a bargain tho - paid projected cash flows discounted back at 12%pa. Earn out provisions used to offset if overestimated tho.
Very happy with the Entitlement Offer. Much fairer than a standard SPP. Wish more companies would use this method when they need to raise funds!
From what I’ve read - seems good to me.
Only thing that irks me is the $11M deal costs ... merchant bankers and lawyers are paid way too much!
