AGM and Board re election

Notice that the Board and/or Management are presenting positives pre the AGM.
All positives to date have been flagged previously.

Big issues are,

1. BPAM - can we (the shareholders) allow such robbery to continue?
2. Board re elections - vote against S Gerlach. He sits in/on BPAM and BFC Board. Needs to go

To Roger Sexton, be a man and resign from the Board and terminate BPAM at no cost. Allow others to correct the BFC mess. You may see some upside..................................
