That is correct. October/November. So buying "in advance" of this announcement, which is expected to show Nuheara's products fulfil the requirements, is not unexpected.
On top of that the earliest suggested time for Specsavers to come to a decision has also been suggested to be October. So buying "in advance" of possible good news on that front, is also not unexpected.
