that extra .09 you are talking about was paid out of the buying and selling of property, debt, funds management and investment overseas.
I just want a plain vanilla REIT where distributions are paid out rents. That is where the company will go in the future - 20 cents at best.
Management under GPT by Peter Joseph has been a disaster.
imagine if instead of putting the $2 bn in JV with those bucaneers at BNB, Lyons and Joseph had that cash now and could buy the likes of DXS
The sooner we give both those guys the bums rush the better.
