If anything does eventuate I'm sure you will have plenty of time to act. TO's usually have a decent time frame.

That's what I suggested an on market cash purchase. Just reading the comments on the AC interview you get the impression that the mention of 2024/25 till cash flow has a lot of people thinking that's a long time.(Westcoast12 for example). Look I don't want a low ball cash offer, but just suggested if there is an interested party it would be a great time to try it. Think 58cents would pick 20/25% and very little the board could do about it.

I think if any offer was made the SP would rise immediately to that price if not a little higher with everyone expecting a second higher offer.

I think a cheeky new topic: "I'm not selling" would be interesting. I'm very small time, like, "Mum and Dad" investors are like a hedge fund compared to me. I'm only holding over 30,000 but have been here for over 10 years. My first share was CVN and you can imagine how excited I was at my first purchase, at about 40-odd cents, just after the share price had peaked at over 80 cents on the exciting Thailand developments! Then I watched them drop, and drop, and drop. But I read a lot of geological charts that CVN was showing to the ASX in an attempt to explain what was going wrong. I've learnt heaps on this forum from some very knowledgeable posters. Anyhow at around 3 cents Thailand had been ditched and the Oz permits came in to play and, I dunno, just had a gut feeling. Sat the missus down and said, right this is what I think is going on, this looks like it has the makings of something. And, being the mostly broke kind of people we are, a 3cent stock was more affordable than a $3 stock, so over the years every time I scraped together $500 in my Comsec account I bought some more CVN. We've slowly accumulated other shares on the way but CVN is my special one and what I can see from other shareholders is that there is a strong loyal following for CVN - greatly enhanced by Adrian Cook and an awesome management team. I want to see this play out to the max potential CVN is showing. Bottom line: "I'm not selling" - there, I feel better now!

My hats off to you well done. I have done much the same it isn't easy, but it is possible to succeed. I also have much the same plan to hold on for as long as is feasible.
