CNP can have the plug pulled at anytime by any one of a number of banks. However, it is not in their interest to do so, and the company seems to have received some amount of interest int their assets. If they were to go under, and I dont think they will, it won't happen until at least October when the latest extension on debt reduction expires. Interesting couple of months ahead.
