This one also caught me by surprise, given that they raised $8 mill in July. The directors must be extremely confident (or very stupid)in the short term future to be putting up their own money to buy shares. However, at this point in time, I would like to see them committing much larger sums. On balance, I am prepared to take the risk as the upside will be substantial. My reading of previous announcements is that we should expect to hear of a substantial contract by end of August.
