Just looks like another small pump that will fizzle out to nothing after someone buying a decent chunk then offloading for a pip or two more for easy money as he takes advantage of the timing and dreaming, Lol of investors praying for something of substance to happen b4 end Oct, these pumps would have resulted in something a little more in the past but punters are a wee bit wiser these days.
