    Please, no more talk fests GEV, we need some kind of deal to shore up the value proposition here. The price action makes me think something has fallen over, Or that the timeline to do a deal will be moved well into 2020, we just haven't been told yet. Eitherway a break of 13.0/13.5 cents and we off to the 7 cent area from my analysis of the chart. This is a hold, not a buy for mine
