I don't see it as management issues really, just change afoot. It seems they want to get some new blood in and drive the company forward at pace. As the largest shareholder they want to realise value as quickly as possible as do holders.
Today's results were mega, especially with the step out to the NW extending the strike. This system could be a whole lot bigger than anyone assumed
