Didnt mean to sound rude, sorry. the right issue is for bonus options rather than a capital raising, the latter being the only reason a company would go into a trading halt so the share price isnt savaged whilst they are trying to set the price.
As it is, no announcement is going to move an explorer in this market. But ADN remains good value prior to the distribution of shares
