AEMO make NEM data freely available, and a number of sites publish it.

For normal browser, Aneroid Energy is a great place to start. You can drill down by energy source (solar, wind, coal etc) and down to individual power stations.

Also there's an iphone app called PocketNEM that allows you to display the most recent 3 days or so or NEM data, down to an individual generator. The data includes generation as well as power prices and interstate power flows.
