Does any one actually know whether the decision in Singapore can be appealed by somboon?
I'm assuming theres a possibility that in the non compete clause of the contract that would send the case to Singapore in this circumstance, that they would include that it can't be appealed.
obviously cambodia is different because no one saw the possibility of a lease cancellation coming.
