If China gets it they will protect it that is for sure , Peoples republic of Zimbabwe ? IVZ will be going places then . This is getting me a bit more exited. A JV will really need to be on the cards here. Note that China is seeing Africa and its resources as the "new Frontier". This is an opinion based on their heavy investment in Africa i.e reinstating roads and infrastructure in places where it had gone to ruin. like the DRC. They certainly also know how to create massive indebtedness. all IMO.
