I became somewhat concerned with the company vision when the chairman made a statement that the company had run into headwinds.

Why wait for the headwinds and then say - we better do something now. Lets play it safe and buy a minor acquisition and another agency. Least it will show we are doing something.

You have a board which consists of an accounting culture and they are great at adding up numbers.

Then you have a sales manager who is great at managing people and getting sales.

But who is creating a vision for the future of JCurve, who is actually providing a road map and involving the shareholders and potential investors.

Nobody from my observations as a shareholder.

Just a group of blokes adding up numbers!
