    Dear James Brown,

    Please explain why I would exercise my options at 20 cents alternatively I can buy stock on market at 5.9 cents a share?

    Is this a sign of raw desperation for any cash?

    In case you forgot that the option exercise prices is 20 cents here is the announcement:
