A few people caught out above 10c early on and bailing in the arv I suspect. There was always gonna be a few old holders getting out today too - the chart has been shocking over the last couple of years. Tomorrow and early next week should allow the price to settle a little and I would expect it to drift toward 10c. Apart from the placement price, the announcement is good for the company and holders. Circa 110m shares on issue with a bit of cash, after the transaction is still a low number.
