The liberian railway option has been studied and put forward to Government many times without success. To have infrastructure in 2 West African countries would be challenging as border crossing are controlled by military.
A single country solution is the only real option. This should be the base case for any NPV costings. Guinea wants the ONCFG rebuilt and a new multi user port. This has always been the Governments priority.
