    You're valuation of 90x is based on current revenue but remember many IPO's, along with speculative stocks etc., aren't generating ANY revenue and are still widely valued. I agree with some of your points however basing valuation of a company in the growth stage on current earnings is quite flawed. Also I work within the medical industry in cardiology and all this talk from many people about how hard it is to get surgeons to adopt new products is simply untrue from my experience. If a superior device or product is available it will be used. It's simply about marketing and getting it out there. Practitioners no longer have their alliances with certain companies. If Osteopore has a superior product the company will do well, however as you said if one of the bigger companies has a better or even a comparative product then OSX will struggle.
