Its a good question. I would hazard a guess and say its the Calcium.
If you listen to episode E43 "Lithium Intensity" of JL podcast with Dr Gao, he talks about impurities that are undesirable. The top 3? Sodium, Potassium and Calcium. They all reside in the same area of the periodic table. They are all electropositive, that is, they form positive ions. This means that migration of electropositive ions from the cathode to the anode, over time, can cause issues
As for comparing to competitors, the table provided by the company is far from complete, and in some instances, those companies have changed specs. Here are a few more examples
