Hey Schmoove,

I’m just trying to tick a few boxes really. It takes 3 years to build the boat I want so I wanna make sure I can afford to pay for it and don’t lose the deposit!! (Joking, I’ll buy one second hand from an Afterpay investor strapped for cash by then)

From what I can gather, its Jeff Hughes and his team in Curtin Uni that invented the concept/app. Jeff is the Chief Scientific Officer at PCK, so I’m assuming Jeff and Curtin Uni were rewarded and the ownership of that invention is now fully with PCK.

So what exactly did nViso do - were they required to enhance Jeff’s idea, improve the tech or add something they already had??
Or all of the above?

Essentially these are all item 101’s that I’m pretty sure PD has ticked off the list long ago. Just looking for clarification for my own sake.
If the concept and tech in the PCK app is fully patented, fully owned by PCK and in general untouchable to rivals then its a pretty incredible opportunity.
