Well,
Thats a transparent Acquisition with a sensible financing structure.
EPS in the enlarged Co. 22% accretion ..)..v good.
Got to Like the fact most of purchase was with cash (debt) & circa 10% equity( with strike price north of past 30 day moving av circa 26.5c by circa 30%at 35c)..v good.
Historically & basic math favours debt over equity for the acquirers... for an enterprise with growth pathway anyway.
Dilution is kept at a minimum..v good.
All in all it seems a pretty good deal all around
& now feel my Thesis for accumulating this stock over past 10 months or so is validated.
