This will go on a lot longer than 3/4 months. Both parties will defend as this is all covered by directors insurance. Cost directors nothing so of course they will say that they would defend.
Directors will continued to be paid well right up till court decision final or I suspect during multiple mediation meetings someone settles. Normally the case and none of us know who is at fault. Time will tell. What a mess. One would expect strong leadership to comfort holders. But not much will be communicated as it’s in the courts hands. SP falls lower will be in as gold is there and that’s good enough for me. GLTA.
