I’m not sure if it’s the same patent application that you are talking about, but with respect to Application No: 15/869,672 for Bicyclic Compounds and Methods for Their Use in Treating Autism Spectrum Disorders and Neurodevelopmental Disorders, I see that Neuren has just paid the required issue fee for a utility patent (17/10/19). The USPTO lists the issue fee as a patent post-allowance fee.
It looks to me that whatever issues existed, this patent has just been allowed?
